Assured utilizes advanced transmittal and tracking procedures, which prevent lost boxes and misfiles.

All items receive bar codes. These bar codes are matched/linked to your archive box or tape description, which is entered up to 45 characters into the computer. Additional character fields are available for more in-depth tracking.
- Our shelving slots are coded with bar codes. Customer records are linked to a shelf address and easily located by Assured staff.
- Activity is tracked and recorded in our system utilizing bar codes. This enables Assured to provide reports showing your monthly activity.
- Our Apex Scanners are utilized to record the bar codes of files retrieved and filed in our retention center, which downloads the physical storage location into our computer system.
- Activities are balanced daily to ensure all entries and inventories are accounted for.
