Assured Record Storage has utilized the highest levels of security available to protect your digital media. The Firelock Vaults we have installed and maintain are the most respected and accredited in the world. Their engineering is extensive and some of the protections we have employed are:
- Stand alone Fire Proof Vault built on its own separate foundation.
- Electromagnetic and vapor shielding prevent media distortion.
- Air Lock access doors eliminate the possibility of external elements affecting your vital data.
- Temperature is maintained at 65º with +/- 5º variation and humidity is controlled to 35º with a =/- 5º variation. These parameters are kept to maintain the life of your media as well as the information stored on that media.
- With and exterior temperature of 2200º Farenheit our vault has been tested by ANCI laboratories to remain at 125º or less for 4 hours. (140º is the proven temperature at which media begins to degredate).
- Chemical Fire protection is utilized while media is in transport.
- Fire suppression system in vault is Inergen.
- 24 hour/day web access for emergency service.
- Media is transported using fire retardant containers and shock-watch monitors are available to ensure careful handling.
